Analysis of Data Needs Survey for BPS-Statistics of Sorong Regency 2023

The Republic of Indonesia Law Number 25 of 2009 concerning Public Services stipulates that every provider of public services is obliged to conduct evaluations of the performance of public service implementers. One form of this evaluation is carried out through the implementation of Public Satisfaction Surveys (SKM), as regulated in the Minister of Administrative and Bureaucratic Reform of the Republic of Indonesia Regulation Number 14 of 2017 concerning Guidelines for the Preparation of Public Satisfaction Surveys for Public Service Provider Units. The Central Statistics Agency (BPS), as one of the public service providers that provide statistical data and information, continually strives to provide excellent service to consumers. BPS has regularly conducted PSS integrated into the Data Needs Survey (SKD) every year. This survey aims not only to obtain the level of consumer satisfaction with BPS data services but also to identify data needs and consumer satisfaction with the quality of data produced by BPS. The report on the implementation results of SKD 2023 is presented in a publication titled "Analysis of the Results of the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) Data Needs Survey 2023." This publication provides an overview of consumer data needs and their perceptions of the performance of BPS data services, as well as consumer perceptions of the quality of BPS data. The main indicators presented in this publication include the Consumer Satisfaction Index (IKK) and the Anti-Corruption Perception Index (IPAK).
